Manchester United defender, Victor Lindelof has stated that he missed former Red Devils supervisor, Jose Mourinho as a result of the Portuguese gaffer gave him the prospect to play at Old Trafford.
Mourinho, who was sacked by Man United final December, introduced Lindelof to the membership two years in the past.
“Mourinho is, after all, one of the world’s best coaches and he is supposed to have a job at one of the biggest clubs. I miss him in football,” Lindelof instructed Aftonbladet.
“He’s an important coach and an important individual, whom I owe an important deal. It was he who gave me the prospect right here, who introduced me into every little thing. I’ve all of the respect on the planet for him and admire every little thing he has stated and achieved for me, from scolding to a hug.
“Even if I did not agree, at the time… he has very great charisma, you had great respect for him. He’s won everything. When he says something, you listen,” he added.
